From Jack-Jack floating over water I already knew it. I saw it in one of the first times I played this game. It also make sense. He's a baby, he's too young to have the ability to swim. But he got already all of his superpowers. Including his anti-gravity power. So they creators of the game didn't want him to make him drowing. Wouldn't also make it a child-friend game.

glitch 1: throw wall e at the truck at the barn then quickly change into wall e while he's being thrown and the game will crash

i got a glitch in the above parr level in free play i loaded up the island arrival section and selected dash all of a sudden my player character is a white hulk without textures from marvel super heroes???? i don’t know why it happened lmao

A character named Hypershock has it! And once you unlock him, you can use it in the customizer. It's probably the coolest helmet in the game!

I found a glitch where if you find a lynx or garter with an npc in it and enter and exit it a few times, you can drive underwater! It sometimes takes a few tries BTW! Let me know if you knew this already please :)
