21 Dates Cake | No Sugar Cake | Blender Dates Cake

Ingredients
21 pitted dates
1.5 C milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 C whole wheat flour
1/4 C chopped nuts
1 pinch salt

I made this and replace the butter with half a cup sunflower oil because butter is expensive here 😂 and steamed for two hours and top it with butterscotch caramel sauce and damn... Its a piece of heaven. Thank you for recipe. 😘

Can you use lentils or chickpeas flour instead of wheat flour?

I've never tried it with those flours- im sure it would be ok in combination with wheat flour as it needs gluten. or if you are trying to do a gluten free cake, i would suggest GF flour.
