Alexa I have a few questions. My friends are French they know Spanish very well. Why is that? Do my French people know Spanish because its very similar? I speak Spanish but it's not as advance as my French friends D:

Yeah French and Spanish are both Latin languages which originated from the same root :) If you're French, there's a lot of words that you can understand in Spanish even though you don't speak Spanish at all because they have the same root ;) It's the same for English and German which are Germanic languages ^^
