I will definitely be your first customer. You are so very lucky to have someone to be able to create cabinets to your specifications and ideas. You are very talented and creative as well. can I be adopted? Just kidding. but you were mentioning you weren't happy with how you have your fabric stashed . If you had shelves built along the back wall could you use comic book boards and wrap your cross stitch fabric around those? then you could keep each count together and go by colors like you do your threads? Ive seen the comic boards used for regular fabric for quilting so it seems like a cool idea for aida and linen's too.

Beautifully set up and organized. I like the last workspace you showed on the island. It reminds me of your kitchen set up where you can reach the ingredients and tools quickly when you are cooking. And that is how you get things done! Can’t wait to see how you furnish and decorate your back room.

Such a fun tour. This was more interesting than a pantry or a library or those ultra-decorated house tours. I like crafts too but don't have a dedicated space and not as many interests. Love that teddy bear and that is my kind of stitching. This room has personality and is very organized, this was not achieved in a couple of days, that is for certain. Most of us would love to be stranded overnight in such a room, just a thought. Thanks for sharing. Your tree/house design on that hutch is very cool. Is it possible to have a link to those trees?

You are so incredibly blessed. I love your craft space and your beautiful home. Your hubby did an excellent job with your counters and cabinets. I love how organized you are. We downsized and I miss having a crafting space , I do have stuff organized in basement but shortly after my husband fixed it all up, we found out we get water when it rains at least 3"..what a big..bummer. so we will have to get that fixed but for now I set up a small corner in laundry room hubby converted from an enclosed porch. I have bad knees so going up and down stairs was not fun. Your doggie looks like a huge fluffy stuffed dog..lol what a cutie. Enjoy watching your videos. You are so talented in decorating and picking colors for cross stitch. ❤

Beautiful space! Please think about making a sewing machine cover for the one in front of your window. The sun will turn the plastic parts of the case yellowish faster than normal.

The black cabinet? why couldn't ypu put the count of fabric on each space on the outside of each bin and put the count number on the outside and then put your material addording to the numgers? Just an idea. Love your room!!

I forgot, I have that same sewing machine, it has the best straight stitch and does wonderful free motion quilting. Vintage machines are so much nicer in my opinion. Thanks for showing us your space.

After watching your floss tube several weeks ago where you first showed us the multi-drawer plastic cabinets to store your DMC floss, I also purchased one! Thank you for sharing!! I labeled each drawer 1-25, 26-50, 51-75 etc…(25 numbers per drawer). That allowed me to included all DMC numbers of their cotton floss. I went on DMC’s website and retrieved a list of all their floss numbers and made my own labels and taped them on with Scotch tape. I love it! The downside is that I still have a ton of duplicate numbers that I couldn’t fit into the new cabinet. Thank you again for sharing this great find!!
