21 Month Old Names Letters in Print and ASL!

Ellie is 21 months old and she has begun pointing out and naming letters in the books we read to her. Only two weeks later, she can already name half the letters in the alphabet in print and American Sign Language! We don't do flash cards and have never quizzed her like this before, all of this knowledge has come from her own inquisitive nature. She's been asking questions since she was about 7 months old (her way of asking was by saying "That?" and pointing to things.) As for her understanding of sign language, we taught her a few signs as a baby, but recently she has learned a lot more from a show called "Signing Time". I'd give that show the credit for her knowledge of ASL. She amazes us every day!
