Hi, Zainab. While the minimum wait time for an Offer Letter is three weeks, if extra documents are needed, or the program requires coordinator approval, the processing time could be longer. Make sure to check the Admissions Requirements on the program outline to make sure all required documents are submitted! If you haven’t heard back after an unusually long period of time, you can also contact your dedicated admissions team to request an update on your file: www.centennialcollege.ca/international/contacts. Include your full name and date of birth (or Centennial ID number) with your request. If you applied through an agent, you can contact your agent regarding your application status.
