2 days ago I had to kinda disassemble our roomba because it had a charging problem 19 error. I checked if the battery was installed properly then I wiped out the stuff that was on it with my finger and then I rubbed the charging contacts. I then reassembled it and put it back to the dock so it can turn on. It turned on successfully and it didn't give me the error when I started it.

Nice work! Most people just give up once they start getting errors, that’s how we’ve had so many donated, but a lot of times it’s an easy fix
