Love "can" be an attachment. Love is like a natural spring, flowing, effortlessly. It is up you how you want to use that water. Love comes from an impersonal space, but humans make it personal out of fear. Where there is fear, there is no love.
@agcool2726 жыл бұрын
@@goodreason6462 He's saying Love is attachment, whether it being good or bad, that what it is. In this instance, its the bad hes talking about. Its the objective reality we live, it "can" be an attachment is subjective, both are true tho. Its like perception vs reality, both are a part of the same coin. I can't say Love is JUST an attachment though, just like people, we ain't just ONE thing.

Therapy is amazing though. It's not just about going to talk to some stranger, it's about having someone who can objectively help you process the pain you've been through. Help you make sense of it so you can move on and better yourself. "Thugging it out" and/or just suppressing your pain will only make it stronger only for it to consume you as soon as you're in a moment of weakness. If you can afford it or have some form of resource to access it, seek help y'all. Crying and speaking of your pain will help you process your pain. It'll free you. I'm so proud to see mental health being brought at the forefront of the discussion within the black community because the trauma is real and some desperately need it. There's nothing wrong with processing the pain. Personally, I'm all for this talk and encouraging people to go because the benefits are endless when you find that person who you can see yourself in and who can help you through the darkness. That's why I'm working to become a counsellor for the black and brown as we speak, it's what drives me and I hope more people of colour enter the field too to help out the community.
