This is a 1972, 26in. Columbia bicycle. And they will use the serial number for a VIN in Texas. Geico gave me insurance . Title it as a home made motorcycle

LOOK CLOSER, It has no drive system other than the factory pedals, hence it WILL NOT MOVE UNDER IT's OWN POWER. That's why he didn't ride it.

looking closely in 720p HD at 0:26 can see a bit of (56T?) sprocket on the left side tho I can't exactly make out a chain. It does look finished and trans but no drive chain? I think you're right haha

Just buy a used 80cc bike mount it be done and smoke these bikes while doing a wheelie ? What am i missing with these things I even bought one just to see upgraded everything did all i could to make it have more power the only thing i didnt do was but the nitro kit for it these things are a pain in the ass cant even ride 10 mi without running hot or falling appart. Not my thing If i am sitting on a motor i like it to have some ass

yes. it is over the legal limit in all states as a motor assisted bicycle. key of thumb is 50cc, 1.5hp, 20mph limit. this is wayyy beyond that. you exceed any one of those and technically it is a moped, scooter or motorcycle
