Yet another outstanding depiction of a very frightening encounter! The situation with these beings in Alaska is in its own league for sure and Fred is a rock star in his unbelievable ability to make you feel like you're there on scene when he relates the events. The million dollar question is how many of the thousands of missing people in Alaska over the years, met their fate with one of these creatures! This in and of itself is a huge reason the Govt. should come clean on these creatures and I'm convinced the Govt. has tons and tons of knowledge and information on these beings.

Listening to these stories made me very aware of something. Most of the encounters you share with us are relatively modern. But, what did the First Nations people do BEFORE flashlights, snowmobiles, planes, 4-wheelers & guns? They had none of that, yet they managed to survive alongside the hairy man. It fills me with much respect for them & their teachings. Thank you so much, Fred, for sharing the stoires of the people.

That had to be terrifying. A being 10 feet tall at least. Had to be close to 900-1000 lbs. I can understand why some will wet themselves. That's a site I'll do without, unless I'm in a car a mile away speeding. Thanks Fred and Marty

Hey Fred, my son and I look forward to whenever you release new content. My son and I get cozied up for bed and we listen to you re-tell these terrifying stories. I had an encounter in 1995 in California which changed me forever. And it brings much relief and validation to hear you tell these stories. It does a great deal for those who have witnessed these creatures and carry that burden with them for the rest of their lives.

Thank’s Fred , Seems like you got some sad news, Never good to get, Keep busy right, Hey that glacier was awesome the other day , I been in the winter wonderland setting a lot of my life and in the backcountry backpacking in the winter you get some awesome scenery , Fred have you ever in the warm season fished aggressively with top water for pike or musky’s ! I had told you my wife ( off/on😅) with native blood was from your area and I’ve heard some great stuff , That Documentary will be worth the wait , I know many natives in the lower states especially Calif and up to Washington state , They don’t like to speak of these creatures and yes beings , I know that’s wild calling them beings , Just the weird paranormal stuff does have validity , I had gotten respect from the or some Native Americans since I was a kid over time and heard a lot , Every tribes different , The Alaskan Hairy-man or Bushman I’ve always heard was always not to be trusted and violent , Texas one’s are like that too, I through time have concluded in others research there’s four or five subspecies of these creatures ? Who knows anything really , I’ve heard they in a small town had raided a taverns trash and found the cans/bottles in a isolated area ! 😮THEY LIKE TO SIP ! Tequila probably makes them crazy like us😂! Never heard of a micro-beer that’s a native Alaskan secret recipe ? Africans have a plant that’s pretty wild they extract from and create a hearty beverage , You’ve never I take it experienced like a hundred and ten degree weather busting your ass all day weather there or anywhere ? Hairy big guys get crabby in that heat surely , Didn’t mean to carry on , Weird day snowing and I like to get the blood pumping , Same age so you know the value in getting out ! Take Care , Good story ! One of my favorite was the one with the three teens on the small stream where some leaf matter or ? was put to give the trout some comfort from critters to the sky attack of predatory 🦅 birds , Caught trout like that by just rubbing along under a rock and pulling one out , To vulnerable , Later friend , Kevin

How you manage to do memorize stories verbally or from written emails is amazing. Then retell them for your viewers, is a big wow. That was my impression before you mentioned the curiosity factor. First time visual encounter for both humans and sasquatch to see one another. We're not mocking you Marty, you told it to the world and this story didn't go untold.

Hello Fred, I'm 72yrs old from upstate S.C. My grandmother was Native American Cherokee. I had a non aggressive encounter while visiting her when I was 14 yrs old. I recently met an Alaskan Native American and his family(great people) that just moved here. I shared my encounter with him. He told me about an encounter he had while hunting with his friend. I asked if he would describe what it looked like. He said it looked like Whoopie Goldberg in a long fur coat but wasn't aggressive. It just wanted them gone.

Just rewatched your story on Sketching Encounters....I first heard you tell this story a year or so ago. Go take a tape measure, make a mark at 10 and 13 feet and imagine looking up at a being this tall and 4 to 5 feet wide....then tell me you wouldn't shit yourself! The composure to hold oneself together for this ordeal and then make an escape is mind blowing!500-2000 people a year don't have it.

Flying his plane in only to fly out with a story if it wasn't real.. from what I learned folks in Alaska don't waste trips like that when the hunting is important for their livelihood. .
