Im surprised this viddeo doesnt have more views then this. This should be your teacher on how to take freekicks. He certainly is mine! I scored my first highschool goal on a freekick and I can say that david beckham taught me! It was a spectacular goal also, my team was down 0-1 and 6 mins left in game and near the corner of the box i curl one into the top corner. Greatest feeling Ive had in football!

Beckham was never gifted in the speed department, in fact my grandmother's faster than him & she's dead, nor was he gifted with great dribbling skills like Messi in fact the only dribbling Beckham does is when he's going down on Posh ! BUT when it comes to accuracy in passing a ball or kicking a dead ball in free kicks, corners etc he's very, very good, you dont need speed or great dribbling if your as accurate as he is, he makes the ball do ALL the work instead of the player. A great player.

When watching Pirlo as a kid I always wondered why my father revered this rather slow guy who didn’t move around very much. He explained that mastering ball striking was something very few people had accomplished. That and his decision making made him a special player.

Why dribble and waste energy when you can move the ball around faster , it's called intelligence! Most footballers don't have any . When you have a first touch and can pass the ball as well as Becks why run🤔. And he could run try watching his United days and Madrid days trust me he still ran is was a right winger. yes, if your ankle is jelly, then you will never get consistency because your foot will never be in the same position. also if you don't lock your ankle you won't get max power.

Maradona. No. He was an amazing player, but when it came to free kicks he would be a better cosser then shooter but he's up their with bekham for sure. Roberto Carlos just has more power then bekham really. Roberto Carlos was never as clutch as bekham and i think bekham was more accurate. For Juinho i can't say anything cuz i never saw him play...but i'm sure he's up their with bekham as well
