Kahn, Mekaneck, Kahn and Buzz Off sounded good in the Filmation series. They just sounded generic in the MYP Version. Webstor sounded like a widget. So I'll agree the voice didn't suit his character. But the other voices were creative.

Great episode but horrid Voices for Buzzoff and Kobra Khan. The 200x series did these justice

Kobra Khan's voice let you know he meant business. His whole demeanor said "don't tread on me". Buzz-Off's voice made him hard to understand at times. At the time, my pet peeve was his "insect vision" helmet, which never fit properly on his toy.
