It's so gorgeous!! Wowza 💜 I tried this a few times but my translucent base was just floetrol. They're a lot of fun. You made me want to paint another one like this with a translucent base.

Beautiful painting Britt!! I love it!! 😍 I have all the ingredients for it. I really don't want to have my painting crack. I'm in FL, and it's pretty humid here.. even though I keep my home at around 72. I have had this issue in the past... even with using GAC800!!

Hey girl, there’s no reason it would crack if your interior is at 72! I keep my house at 70 when I’m home and I’m in Houston so I know all about the humidity. It’s never been an issue for me because of the temp I keep my house at. You would do fine! Try it out!

I love those colors and they are especially beautiful on that translucent base. Britt does the ratios of ingredients for the translucent base matter? I’d like to try it. It’s an incredible piece!❤

@@paulagoynes Hey Paula! Translucent base: 1p Behr 8300, untinted; 1p Floetrol; 1/4p Liquitex PM; 1/4p GAC-800 and water to the consistency you want.

Thank you Friedo! 1p Behr, 1p Floetrol, 1/4p Liquitex and 1/4 GAC. Plus water to whatever consistency you need it.
