A couple of years ago my doctor told me I needed cancer scans. UHC denied them saying their cancer doctor determined they were not necessary. So I paid the $4500 out of my pocket for the scans (MRI and CT). That’s my personal story. I changed insurance and my new insurance thankfully covered my subsequent scans. $4500 dollars may not be a lot of money for many people but for our family it was a big jolt. It’s not enough to start a GoFundMe which seems to be the capitalist solution.

If what Luigi has to say would undermine this system, so be it, it is an unjust system and it isn't worth upholding.

Nuremberg was filled with people that hung by the neck because they were just doing their job and taking orders. It is funny how that excuse doesn't fly for public servants and soldiers, but it always applies for people who work for corporations. They take premiums fraudulently, never intending to provide the service that they are selling, and the fraud they are committing is taking the lives of countless Americans. And yet, that fraud is considered "legal". They are literally stealing people's lives for profit

I admire these people greatly, but this video is a blemish on their resumes. 1:13:30: Babushka. First, it's BAH bush ka, not ba BUSH ka. And it means grandmother. I don't think one wants to wear a grandmother. Second, "misprision" is OBVIOUSLY not "mis PRIZ on". si there, as one of the lawyers noted is zh. collision, derision, lesion, abrasion, ....

Listening to this podcast I am struck by the lack of empathy from these women that claim to have such high regard for human life. Every day people are passing away because of the malfeasance of insurers like United Healthcare. It is institutional violence. It is "lawful" violence, but make no mistake, it is violence. And we little people try to vote for change, we try to protest for change, we donate to politicians for change, and yet millions of lives are deeply impacted and destroyed by our for profit healthcare system. I don't think these women understand because of their class. Healthcare is rationed based on class. They are of the class where healthcare will never be out of reach for them. They will never lose a loved one because of our system. I can't help but think that they would be more sympathetic to Luigi if they had suffered for this healthcare system. They are privileged and they are refusing to see that the support for Luigi is BIPARTISAN. We are sick of the violent theft these companies inflict on us. They are violently taking the lives of 10s of 1000s of Americans each and every year. So can call Luigi a criminal, when the laws of this country are unequally enforced, where the rich can do whatever they like, buy elections, stomp on ordinary people, this system isn't worth upholding anymore. I am done with it. I don't consider the USA a country worth supporting because the Constitution is toilet paper. You can blame Trump for that. He is a symptom of a larger problem. Our system has been captured by oligarchs. Take a stand, or don't, but revolution is coming whether you like it or not. Justice isn't going to be delayed anymore.
