Thank you, Stacey! I live in the Philippines, but I always wait for your video to upload late Saturday night here so I can watch and learn something new. I feel that you are like a friend I always wait to visit my house every weekend. Appreciate so much for sharing this technique and for encouraging us to make use of supplies in our stash. Stacey, I do craft alone most of the time, and I SO appreciate your classes. Your integrity makes my heart sing! How you support local shops and it's not all about shopping with you (although you know I'm a very loyal SMS shopper, especially buying your Simply Defined and Simply Refined lines that I LOVE!), which I think is AMAZING!!! Thank you for all that you teach me. Sometimes I can't work with your product for months after I receive it because I haven't been well enough to play with it--but I can go back and re-watch your KZbin, and I do that often, watch my favorites and those that I need to re-watch to see how to create what I've bought with you. You ARE making a HUGE difference in the crafting world, thank you so very very much!!! By the way, I absolutely LOVE your new haircut, you always look great, but today you look FABULOUS!!!!!! You look so young and so vibrant and SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Thank you too regarding your advice for those who are going through what you are after your fire for those going through the floods--SO KIND of you--but that's just who you are. You show me this kindness over, and over, and over again--because you are kind, you are a woman of great integrity. I just had to write this... Sending you hugs, Joanne

Stacey, thank you so much for giving those of us who are crafting alone to have a wonderful tutorial each week and the opportunity to try things without breaking the bank. You truly do help to allow us to try the different options and items for a low price, and then decide what we love and what just is something that doesn't work so well for us. It really makes it easy for me to budget what I am going to spend my crafting budget on. I am very sad to hear that some may not have understood your reasoning behind the pricing. It is obvious to me that you love the craft. That is why you are trying so hard to help not only to promote the craft but to enable others to take up the craft. Your enthusiasm is so contagious! I think our society has become a bit too impatient at times. Everyone wants everything right away. I am not that way when I order from your shop as I know it's a small shop. When the items ordered arrive it is like a nice gift from your shop. Keep smiling. I hope your home is coming along. Shell

Love the vellum ideas! And seriously, never change...your philosophy on keeping the industry going and having many great sales throughout the year so that more people can afford to craft... that's rockstar and why I buy from you so often. Yes I have Amazon prime and when I want something fast I buy there, but when I can wait I go to your store or when I'm not sure about trying new things, I buy during your sales so it's not as big risk of a risk. Don't ever feel bad for running out of something, you are not a huge corporation and we don't expect you to be, we love you just the way you are :)

Stacey, I've only been watching your videos about 8/9 months now, since I found you. I have laughed with you and cried with you over the past several months, have gone back to your earlier videos, and I know you have a heart of pure gold. I have never seen you try to push your products on anyone, you do encourage some of the necessities that people use on a daily basis as long as they don't need it right away. You always explain yourself about the length of shipping, and prices and when its gone, its gone. For crying out loud, this is your shop, your youtube channel, your retail store (one day I will visit CA, just to come see you, the sms girls and your store). No one should be complaining about anything. You give all of us very informative classes where we can actually learn. (I am one of the crafters on my own you mentioned). With the fantastic prices you offer, if someone wants to complain, they could be getting it sooner, or go to a big box store like Michaels where they charge 300-500% profit margin, and they have plenty of products. However NO ONE will ever have your gorgeous dies and stamps at your awesome prices. People should be grateful for you, and your videos, and the love you pour out to all of us letting us all know just how important we all are and how valued we are. Thank you Stacey and all you talented sms girls for being there for us!
