Success at last 😅 After uploading Monday to be told half the sound was missing and not knowing why!! Then having to redo the narration TWICE!! led me to edit it down by a minute or two as well. 😃😃😃

Hi, always love watching your videos, just wish I had the patience and skill you do! I've been returning to the hobby over the last year and a half and there is one thing I always notice and wonder. I have no idea if you can answer the question, but I will ask... Back in the late 80's when I was last doing modelling all the numbering was going over to dry transfer's (letraset). It had the massive advantage of being easy to apply and left no sign of a film, and as long as you varnished over the top of them they seemed to stay put. I don't see anyone using them anymore. Are they still available? Did they die out for a reason? I see so many models which just seem to be let down on that last bit of finesse by the visible transfer paper.

Most are now waterslide. HMRS still do the other type, not sure if they are letraset though?? With various different suppliers and manufactur methods, its difficult to mix n match. Unlike the military model scene where everything seem quite standard. Then comes the numerous different solutions for softening and fixing. Even I struggle to get grips with this!! Will see if I can touch on this subject in future episodes Thanks 👍

@@Wallsrail Thanks for taking the time to give me a comprehensive answer. I will look up HMRS and see what they do. Keep up the good work, of now to watch your latest upload 🙂

where did you get the nem bases from ? I could do with these for my scratchbuilds! Any chance of a vid of the rake and go through the detail differences youve applied..Fascinating .
