💯, love Kubs!.. 🔥🔥🔥 I predicted to him to be the most interesting acquisition of Stevie's when we got him within the first 24 hours and even was saying that I wanted him before a couple weeks before we got him but they all are special in adding in their own right!.. Husso: hold my 5-1-1 record 1.86 g.a.a ( 2ND in NHL) and 9.41 save percentage (4TH in NHL) and 2 shutouts ( 1ST in NHL, along with two other goalies, but he did it in less games so far so.. 😁).. *ALL above his career high average rate as well 😉 * Red Wings currently hold the 5th seed, and tonight we have an opportunity to LeapFrog the Lightning ⚡ for the 4th seed as we take on the Rangers!🤙 #LGRW!!🔥🔥🔥

Well, you don't have to improve much to be better than the last 6/7 years. It's good to see a team again. Larks playing better then ever. Like he's got a pair. This group has real potential, they still have to shoot from top of the circle, and/or the blue line more. Tip ins are important. Where's Holstrum when you need him, best in the business at tip ins. I haven't seen anyone walk the line, like Lindstrom in years. It was a great game to watch, specially Hussoooo, another superior effort and a shut the door, shutout. Look'en good Boyz!

Went and watched the NHL's version of highlights after watching this one. All I can say is thank you for showing the real highlights of the game. NHL has no clue of what they are doing when it comes to highlights. They didn't even bother to show why there was a need of change at goal for NYI. So again thank you Awood40!

The biggest improvements for the Red Wings has been there goal scoring, defense, and goaltending. They've also made huge improvements to there defense, power play, and penalty kill. Currently Ville Husso is 5-1 with a .941Sv% 1.86GAA, the 5th best save percentage, and 3rd best goals against average.

Such a wonderful victory, we have grit, we have H-IQ and lots of speed, love it. Husso, wow what a game . When a team has a goalie they can trust, the team immediately becomes 70% better all over the ice. His ability to suck up and stop the game "if needed", or to box the puck out into the corner, or best of all his reflex play, wow what a game. #LGRW

For those who don't know, that guy in the wheel chair getting fist bumps is former Red Wing Vladimir Konstantinov. He was nearly killed in a limo accident during the '97 Stanley Cup celebrations; abruptly ending his career. Before today's game, they commemorated the '97 championship team and re-raised the championship banner. Most of all the players and coaching staff showed up for it; I even got to meet McCarty in between the 2nd and 3rd period!

Man I still can't believe we stole husso from St.Louis. Him and Kubalik have been key parts to this team. Kubalik was also a steal. This team seems to play for each other (when they're playing good), which is something very exciting. I don't necessarily expect playoffs this year but I wouldn't be surprised if we squeak in.

Same here, I have no ambition for the play off, rather see us play better 5/5 or 5/4 and play a full 60/min. The upcoming draft is deep and I also hope we get a high pick without having to trade up for it. Not talking about "tank" but using the year to work hard on small and big things over the whole 60/min game play. I think we'll land around 0.750 /0.850 when the season is over.

@@Nall412 Several years ago, he received a wrist shot in the mask and badly damaged a blood vessel in his neck. At first he didn't notice the injury as it didn't affect right a way, but gradually as the match went on. Pulling a goalkeeper is more of a precautionary measure when it comes to contact with the upper body or head. A goalkeeper is the one who has the most protection, which is sometimes an obstacle to making a thorough check. It will be somewhat easier to strip in a dressing room here...

I hate to ask for this and waste so much of your time, but could you please make a compilation of Zadina every time he has the puck? Ive noticed that its 100% a bad decision that almost always is a turn over and im sick of the management and fans ignoring this glaring hole on the ice. I honestly feel bad for his linemates since they dont get any quality offensive zone time cuz of his decision making. I spent every time he had the puck, up until he got injured, yelling about why he even gets in the lineup. Almost every turnover and bad decision "lemme guess, Zadina?" And surprise sur-fricken-prize, it was Zadina with Copp sprinkled in(which im hoping is just rust cuz he is making a glaring amount of bad decisions also, only second to Zadina on the team) Much aprechiado in advance
