I am saying Mahadev because no confusion should take place.. so that include one trisull and other parshuraam weapon.. and both are similar in lord Mahadev look.. rudraksh long hair and anger too.. and in kantara his name is also Shiva!! So this is an main indication bcz his dad gave him name when he was born.. and as you saw his dad used to play daiv role.. and when he become daiv there used to be 3rd eye on his face which indicate lord Shiva too.. and when guruva become daiv he face was totally different and 3rd eye was not there.. But whenever Shiva got dream of daiv they showed 3rd eye on it..

Actually the main reason Tulu Nadu Flag symbol is similar to Jagganath Temple flag is coz the temple flag is that of the Eastern Ganga Dynasty of Kalinga and their was also a Western Ganga Dynasty that existed earlier in south of modern Karnataka, as per legends the Ganga Royalty travelled north wards and established their new kingdom in Kalinga(Odisha).
