Chris I saw your dad in the 1980s through the 90s playing at Miami Jai Alai...Benny was one of the purest competitors and the hardest throwers...HIs catching show was one of a kind.... The quality of the play was at the highest level at this time....Game Point at Miami Jai Alai brought out the best in these players to defeat their fellow peloterias. It was truly Amazing to be able to watch the Best of the Best during those years...Arra, Michelena, Acin, Zarria, Benny, Elorduey, Elorrio, and many others that competed at the Greatest Fronton Ever in America. nicest man in the jaialai community...always gave his all and won me alot of money...mostly!!! started really watchin him alot after seeing him in early 90's at Citrus tourney!!! Then seeeing him come there again in 2000 with Rekalde!! I still have that poster on my wall!! 11th citrus tourney...SKY HIGH JAI ALAI !!! Man I miss those dayz!!! At least with Dania and Magic city we have something to watch today!
