Just like for the rest of the grooves. You go sloooooow, and when you start getting the feel you go like 5bpm quicker and repeat. And count when learning a new groove, it helps.

I get confusing on that shuffle note sheet I already and really use to play that note.. But if only seeing the note without the drumming sound i might confuse because there is a time when hi-hat, snare and bass drums are in the same timing to hit it!? But in reality we don't hit it..
