3:52 this blade part is projected from the plane selected right. Some portion of it is there inside the base part. Can we create the blade part from the round surface of base part instead of the plane. After that we can merge all the blade part with the base part into single part. How to do that?

For creating the blades from surface, you have to select the side 2 extrusion option while extruding the blade as "to selected" and then select the surface of the blade. You can put the same on my mail, so that i will give you the screenshot.
