Love this idea so much for cleaning front loading washing machines! A tip is to always keep the doors open on them and also the soap dispensers open and to wipe down the drum seal and door after every use with a microfiber cloth. That basically eliminates it growing mold!

Yes! I always leave the door to my front load washing machine slightly open. I never ever have the buildup of mold or any smells at all. Also, on most models, you can actually remove that drawer where your laundry detergent, bleach, fabric softener go. It should be in the manual. That is so you can clean it easily.

I have the McCollough floor model and I LOVE it! Before I sold my former house, I used it to clean all of my grimy blinds and baseboards. The quote I got for blind cleaning was nearly $900!!! More than paid for my steamer. I love that I don't have to refill it constantly like the hand-held models, as you have to let the steamer cool-down before you can refill it.

Looked it up to be sure, but steam does sanitize. The 10 minute rule is for canning, not cleaning. If you are canning for 10 minutes or longer, you do not need to pre-sanitize your jars. That is for edible products, not surface bacteria or mold. Google it up for yourself. Everything says steam does sanitize almost immediately because it is soooo hot!

6:32 Usually these detergent trays are removable so you can take them out to wash more thoroughly. I think there’s a little latch at the bottom. Can’t remember since I now have a top loader that is ruining my life. Don’t ever buy a Speed Queen unless you want to destroy all of your laundry.

For the tray on the bottom of your toaster oven that gets caked with gunk, you can wrap foil around it and change that out periodically. Same with the bottom of your oven. I line the bottom of mine and change it out instead of needing to scrub the bottom. Works so well!

Ok. This is so perfect for the things I feel like I need to clean too. I do my dishwasher and washer every month and sometimes more than that but I think this would do a much better job. The oven door would be awesome. I have a lot of porcelain tile and it all has white grout, I scrub it on my hands and knees with a toothbrush and a mixture, since I am now 72 years old, I need to find a new way to do that. This looks like it would be perfect for my grout. Thank you for testing and showing us all this information.

I have the same clothes washer. Leave the door open and the detergent drawer open after a load is complete. This helps it to dry out to avoid the smell and buildup.

Remove the detergent drawer by pressing firmly on the enter bar, reaching as far back as you can. The drawer will then come out so you can clean everything. I do this after I am finished with laundry for that day. I also leave drawer out to drain and wipe down where the drawer fits top and bottom. I wipe down gasket and leave door cracked for tub and gasket to dry completely.

Hey @vasseurbeauty I have the same ninja oven. Cleaning the grate with the steam cleaner is a great idea. I want to suggest that you to cover the base plate with foil. it will make your cleaning much quicker.
