I've been perusing KZbin for the last week or so to prep for a trip to Paris in September 2024. While this is a well done video, some of these phrases are a little more involved than basic phrases. As someone that went this route, but with German many years ago (traveling to Germany for work), the more complex the phrase you memorize the more "trouble" you get yourself into. That said... It's well done. I plan to make flash cards of these phrases for a little more "advanced" communication on our trip.

I enjoy your videos very much. However please, please lose the background music. It is horrible. I am a professional therapeutic educator who designs efficate teaching strategies. Using music to enhance learning is a complex practice, best left to the professionals. Background music in your videos is detrimental as it is distracting for the viewers trying to hear and understand your English in an Irish accent and also the correct pronunciation of the French words and phrases. It is also unnecessary in this case for holding the viewer's attention. Benny, you are a very engaging speaker and the content is interesting, so it is unnecessary to employ additional attention strategies. I will happily subscribe once the background music is eliminated from your videos. Great work everyone!
