Hi Paul. Last Nov 2023 me and my girl friend was doing your hour long tabata session 3 times a week ¦ it got us both up Mount Tiede, Tenerife, 22 miles straight up no stopping, it was down to your sessions. Cheers.

Hey, we haven’t got a 4x4 interval but I am aware of the training protocol. The RPE is all on how you feel (Rate of Perceived Exertion) you can see the RPE scale online
