One thing I don’t understand, is that during season 1 of JWCC Dave and Roxie were sitting in that waiting room area, and Roxie picked the lock to see the walkie talkies going red, and you hear velociraptors (confirmed by subtitles) screeching and guns firing and people screaming. The only problem is that when the acu fought the indominus, they were using non lethals and the raptors were still in their pens at this time. The whole fight against the raptors was later that day. You also hear people yelling, “No that’s not the mission!” and “Save Wu!” What was that because it couldn’t have been the acu vs the indominus and it couldn’t be the later battle against the raptors.

Deinonychus in JWD is now renamed Atrociraptors alá Sinoceratops in FK (which means they wont call them by name in the film). Segisaurus is a Coelophysoid and similar to Procompsognathus tho it isn't synonymous nor are there theories that they could be synonymous.

I think you might be mistaken with the Segisaurus? It's more closely related to the Procompsognathus than Compsognathus as they are both in the family Coelophysidae and another thing is that I believe Deinonychus was cloned by Biosyn and not InGen? Not sure though.
