I know what you mean....i hate to share my art supplies and ive always been anal about stuff but my 3 yr old niece has taught me to just chill....it is only stuff after all....lol. i still struggle but try to remind myself...its stuff, its replaceable, look how much fun she is having....mine is just a hobby, nothing professional! 🤪🤣🤣🤣 im far from artistic....its just very relaxing....sometimes....lol. i like to think im helping to keep the economy afloat...😂😂😂😂😂

I don’t have kids so I would literally never ever be able to handle this lol Maybe because my parents weren’t patient with me and I had to learn fast? I definitely wish I could turn back time and have her for a mom! Maybe I’d be a lot more patient and nice with kids who don’t listen. I know it’s just their curiosity but I would have a hard time saying it over and over and over! Lol😆 Wish I liked them more but it’s really difficult! I worry sometimes about how badly it gets to me and I wish I didn’t feel that way! So I hope that makes you feel better about being protective of your supplies!

I love what you are doing with your girls, getting them involved. I used to do that with my kids, when I was scrapbooking over 20 years ago. I'd take them with me to the local craft store and would buy them their own craft projects to do with me. Especially my young one while the other two were at school. You're right, it is very important.

I adore my gelli plates. Get the thick ones they work so much better. I use the cheapest acrylics and using them with pearlescent acrylics and gold and silver acrylics. I gelli on to my junk mail and then die cut them. I use embossed papers to make patterns I make my own texture plates by sticking fun foam to cardboard. the only thing you have to remember is that the first marks you make are on the top. I stick my 6ins. to a large stamp block so I can pick it up and look underneath to check the pattern. You get to love your junk mail when you have layers of bright gelli pater on it.

I found it!! Yay! This is the video I was looking for. I haven't been able to watch for a couple yrs due to chronic illness. I LOVE what you did here to create the tags! Marta I’ll begin saying first tags 🏷 are absolutely beautiful. I love the wax lacking, what a great idea. Oh my stars, Marta. This s something i can do with my 3 yr old great niece! She loves to craft with me. (No hot wax, tho. Perhaps just a sticker....lol) Her latest love are my punches; she just has problems getting the paper between the slots. Arent little ones' laughs n giggles just so infectious???? How fun! Liked how you used the gel press in a different way. I thought that a brayer had to be used. Silly me. The layers of colors are beautiful. I remember when my children were small and I would be preparing for a piano performance and they would “help” my daughter dainty at the top and my son banging around in the bass. Hi Marta, I don't have these paper dolls, but I do have his Found Relatives vintage cards I got at Tuesday Morning store years ago. Saw the thumbnail and said I guess I could cut pictures out of the cards. Hope you and yours are doing well. We are having our first snow in years here, very cold. So sorry, but looks like I won't be able to get Arteeza mixed media books after all. Guess I'll just have to use my Canson mixed media spiral bound book for art journaling.
