It would be good idea to put a 1M discharge resistor across x2 capacitor for not to get any electrical shock and may be 4.7uf 400v cap on the output side instead 680nf for smoothing.

Yellow capacitor is not 1microF but 0,47 microF. 2W resistor is not 2,7 ohm but 0,27 ohm. Brown capacitor is not 680 picoF but 680 nanoF/ 100V.
