the oil fits in to the jug because it changes thickness when used when it is new it is thick when it is old it goes thin but great video keep it up
@MrTrollHunter9 жыл бұрын
Byron Jones And the jug is probably not filled right up with the new oil, so it holds a bit more than the amount of new oil you get out of the jug..
@tobimobiv19 жыл бұрын
A liter is a liter no matter how thick or thin the material is. It's a space measurement. A liter of water takes up the exact same space as a liter of maple sirup. It might not weigh the same though.

At least you're getting rain. It's been so dry here in Oregon, the heat and dry Temps are a good recipe for FIRES.

***** Same here in Washington. We have had a few close calls here in Yakima, but Wenatchee is having a hell of a time with their fire. I feel bad for them. They have had it really bad for a couple years now and this recent one according to locals is the worst they've seen in a long time.

on both your 4 mix engines, there is a torx screw, T20, that holds in a spark arrestor screen, take that screw out and pull the screen with a set of pliers. my FS110 was doing the same thing yours is. i just took mine out and left it out, a little louder but much better performance. you can clean them with carb cleaner too if you want

I was thanking Bill, you could build a water heater for the pressure washer since you have a burner for propane that you used for the maple sap and you could use a coil of copper or some sort of high temp piping in one of those big tanks that you used for the cemetery water system.

Filling coolant at the high point of the system eliminates the problem of trapped air.
@Seegalgalguntijak9 жыл бұрын
The reason for the coolant filler being on the topmost point of the system is for it to automatically bleed its air into the overflow. If you filled it from the radiator, this wouldn't be as easily possible.

the 4mix trimmer have a issue with the fuel breather and they flood the carby they have recently revised it so fit a revised one as when the trimmer sits the pressure of the fuel works its way into the air box also a valve adjustment wont hurt

residue left in the engien would be one thing the other could be that oil changes thickness when used it goes thinnner once its been used and could be the fact that they never fill they jugs up properly
@robry849 жыл бұрын
left-over oil in your filter (unless you drained it), plus the tractor must have used some oil too.

im more used to the two stroke as thats what my grandad has and ive cut many lawns with that and some steepish banks
@wolvesone9 жыл бұрын
you never get 100% of the oil out of the engine there is always a little oil that pools up in various passages and stuff that you can not get out just by opening the drain plug so you normally end up with about .25 to .5 qts left in the engine plus what is left in the filter that does not drain out

I bought a new weed wacker last fall it is a troy bilt spilt shaft one and I broke the pull string thing and I use the jumpstart now
@maxevans67469 жыл бұрын
The jug takes all the oil because you just dumping the oil out of the engine not the oil cool. The book is giving you what it would take to fill the entire oil system. So in that case you are over fill the tractor just a little
