I think builders in Kolkata are just building up property and planning to sell at crazy prices. The flat has no proper architectural designs and layout. The bathrooms have no proper dry space either. The kitchen has no space for refrigerator. Also no dry balcony. It's a waste of space with no proper plans. 97L is crazy. Sad!!! Just because it's near Eco Park, they're just building up blocks of floor and few walls and selling it as flat. It won't be wise for family to buy such flats. You can chip in few more lakhs and buy a better planned flats in Newtown or complexes, also I think youll find much better below this rate. Builders in Kolkata should learn some basic planning and design instead of wasting spaces by just building blocks. I've been checking flats to buy in Kolkata but none of them seems properly planned or design. Pune has better option but expecting Kolkata to come up with well planned flats!!

Correct ,,, where as other cities brilliant, not only but in furnitures too…. Disaster design , and the price is high. No sense at all in design .

Design is poor but price is not high. There are lot of well designed flats available in Kolkata as well, look at flats by reputed builders like Merlin

I dont think some will spend 95 lakhs on this architecture in this modern period as per my knowledge this type of design used to be on my dad's time but nowadays everyone needs a apartment with atleast decent amenities and safe parking area tooo.... In 95 lakhs we can buy the project which has individual villas (I think this channel has covered that project too) it is somewhere in newtown and it's very nice project I dont think 95 lakhs suits this project... At the end of the day if u r ambani's son go for it...😅😅🤣

Cost comes To 2000@ 5000/-safe = 1,00,00,000.00 Rate with respect to the Market are pretty high. Not as per prevalent market rate
