Sab log galat comparison karte seltos venue nexon are not SUVs they are raised hatchbacks and they all selling due to indian road conditions. There are very true SUVs in full potential. Jimny and Thar cannot be compared to any such vehicles. Even Tata cars like harrier and safari arent even proper SUVs. Scorpio classic was a relatable fortuner comes under luxury SUV but that also one cannot do hardcore offloading. The problem with jimny as compared to gypsy is under powered. The pull it had the jimny is no where near. Its my driving experience.

What a coincidence! I test drove Jimmy manual last evening and you posted an ownership experience just few hours later, although not buying it due to poor back seat under thigh support and recline and also for planning overtakes, it’s slow to react. IMO it’s not a complete family car for highway trips but it’s extremely capable, it simply shines on rough terrains.

Personal Opinion - Engine is already 1.5 so your paying about 42% tax if you increase the length more than 4 meter than the tax would be about 50% They should not have put this car as Sub 4 meter
