This is why I wish Neverlands would see how lucky we are to have Soyeon. The snippets show how different she is from Idle's music. And she also writes a lot of her music, it showed what a respectful and talented leader she is. If really she wrote the songs her way as some nevies claim, they wouldn't sound any different. But she writes to her members. She writes thinking about Minnie's voice, about Miyeon's… she lowers the pitch of her raps to better fit the song because it's music for (G)I-dle, not music for her. It's one thing to write music from your heart that you're going to perform: it's yours, you take it and make it great. But it's another thing to write with a separate mindset for your group, and ALL the songs on Idle really work with the voices and personalities of the members. She nails it every time. Everyone wants to fight over the sound and layout of the line, but that's not even up to her. She doesn't always produce the songs, and that's where the final sound is usually chosen (so they can always change their original intent) and the line of distribution is between the producers and the girls themselves. They've even said in interviews: Like in I'm The Trend, Soojin said that one of the roles was supposed to be hers, "Senoriiittaa~~", but she was too embarrassed to do it, so Shuhua got it in the end. Let's support our great leader in her solo work Neverlands, and let's not try to discredit her with things she has no control over. She is versatile and has a big heart!!! Also, I'm Neverland, Midzy and Blink. I really wish we would stop talking about other artists (or at least stop dragging them) while supporting our queen here. This is your time to shine, not other artists'.

Soyeon is always licking something in her music videos. It's so satisfying lol. In case you didn't know, Soyeon is the rapper who writes and produces most of her songs. Minnie and Yuqi also write although the hits and title songs are by Soyeon. and Miyeon has a beautiful and unique voice, the main voice, they are part of her choreography. Gidle is a top tier gg

I like it when she enjoyed her stage and it's makes her rap really good because she makes the audience (even though I am just in front of my laptop) feels excited as if I was there. She's slayed honestly. Just admit it. You hate her because you liked someone else in UR3 but she's unbeatable in this show and that's why you said she's such blah blah blah. She's famous because of Produce 101, yeah that's true but you've gotta admit her skills are no joke too. She'll get rid that PD101 title and will be recognized as one of the best female rapper in the future (Kush said this and I'd agree). She's awesome !

Soyoen herself wrote and help producing these songs. I remembered when she was on produce 101 the trainer was impressed with her singing skills and tell everyone on why didn't let her sing than rapping.

Soyeon is just… she’s honestly a f’ing genius no joke. I dare say almost the Namjoon of girl groups (I don’t know her actual IQ or anything but with music she’s a genius). I’m glad Cube isn’t stifling her TOO much because she seems to get a lot of creative power but I feel like she would just explode with music if she (and the girls) had better management probably. I bet she has so much music she wishes she could release.

@@asherm4767 In my city the cheapest tickets are around $50usd (a little bit more) and the most expensive are somewhat around $200usd. To be honest, the prices are not that bad considering the fact that they're a kpop act~

Well, it certainly wouldn't surprise me that if she re-signs with Cube at the end of her current deal it is because they let her have her own label under their company where she has near total creative control. Otherwise, I could see her go out and start her own company and likely be quite successful with it. Watching her over the years one has always sensed that she is not just involved in the music side of the business, but studies the business side very hard as well even looking for opportunities Cube may have missed to earn more for the group or her members. While some naysayers like to critique line splits in songs, I don't think I have ever heard any hint of complaint from the members because they know how hard Soyeon works for them all.
