I remember when I squatted with similar intensity, I couldn't get up for like 5 minutes because there was so much blood supply and lactic acid buildup in my legs. My friend had me lay on my back while he held up my legs for a bit and that helped to drain some of that blood out of the legs. This is my dream, to be able to squat heavy weight like this with so much speed and ROM. It's easy to see why weightlifters are pound for pound some of the strongest athletes on planet earth.
