The downside to stumbling on a great YT channel and pod? Sorting through the shows. A possible option that would get people to more of your content? Maybe a "greatest hits" or "top 5 shows" of the season/year. It would be great to maybe have a show that points out the really earth-shattering, eye-opening material and tips. Thanks and keep it up!

Biggest challenge: human customers will fail to tolerate "zero human interaction" businesses. 1) Tomorrow, you wake up, and you call 7 different companies and only get the automated phone system, and never are allowed to talk to a real human: - the auto repair place where you need to describe a noise your car makes and set an appointment - the school where your 11 year old attends - the dry cleaners - your cell phone provider - the landscaping company (you live in an HOA, say) - you need to describe a foot pain and be told if you need an appointment with the podiatrist - etc. The constraint on "only one human operating the business" thus becomes "requires very few customers order that $1 billion of product/service in case they all need to talk to a human" MODERN EVIDENCE: As effed up as the automated phone systems used in companies, you still eventually talk to a live person. If you couldn't, you'd dump that company. There WILL come a time, though, when an AI agent (or similar) will have a response quality and response time 100% indistinguishable from a human. At that time, the $1 billion dollar business of 1 human will be possible. We are not there yet. . .

This video made me think of the possibility of doing monthly, video-based CE topics w/Q&A for my client niche; preferably along with a subject-matter expert. I've grown to around 30 clients now, but I get around ~350 views/month on my website from my advertising streams. Haven't thought out how to go about setting this up, but I was thinking of having the option to pay a monthly fee ($10?) for non-clients that want to join in. Free for current clients, and any non-clients that get inspired to sign up for services get their fee waved. Something like that. I have a few other 1-to-many ideas within my advisory niche. Just gotta learn what I need for the streaming set up. Thanks for the inspiration Jason!

I have been thinking, and hard to come up with any ideas. Or maybe you could share a couple of examples of what sort of cohorts you have seen that work? Not necessarily accounting related but generally speaking that creator businesses are having success with?
