Ok so here's my experience:- This is arguably the best subliminal I've listened to. It works like a miracle instantaneously. Life really starts turning out in ur favour no matter how bad the suture around you is. Also I've seen when I stop listening to it...the effects do wear out. My brother was today beating my mom to death, he has been doing this he just starts beating them for no reason for hours each day.
