Andrew 'Jack' Russell returns for his second time on Dyl & Friends!

Currently heading up the department at Carlton as High Performance Director, Jack was also previously responsible for the high performance programs in the Port Adelaide '04 Premiership & Hawthorns run of flags between '08 & '15.
