The new Badr area is located to the west of Wadi Al-Seer area in western Amman. It is divided into seven neighborhoods: Al-Firdaws, Al-Hadeeb, Umm Al-Aswad, Al-Suwaisa, Al-Rabahiya North, Al Rabahia Al Janoubia, Zabada and Bilal. It has an area of 62 km, a population of 11 eleven thousand people (most of them are from the Al-Zayoud, the Sakarna and Al-Salihat clans, from the Arab servants of the Al-Abadi tribe, in addition to others) in it there is the shrine of the companion Bilal bin Rabah.
