From what I'm seeing with other peoples summons, I think the Legends team actually made an adjustment to the Broly animation, where it used to guarantee an LL unless the shattering effect happens, but now on Ultra banners, its an increased chance for an Ultra, while the shatter effect is Ultra guaranteed.

This is a painful banner for me. UI -Sign- Goku is my favorite Goku design aside from the arrival to Namek Goku. He just looks so good. I haven’t gotten him yet, but here’s to hoping for just one copy before he’s gone.

I've been playing this game for 4 years now. I'm f2p and I had 17.5k crystals saved up for ultra ui and I didn't get him. now I'm at a loss because there are literally no more chrono crystals left to get in the game and paying real money isn't an option for me.
