From what I'm seeing with other peoples summons, I think the Legends team actually made an adjustment to the Broly animation, where it used to guarantee an LL unless the shattering effect happens, but now on Ultra banners, its an increased chance for an Ultra, while the shatter effect is Ultra guaranteed.

I'm f2p and I had 17.5k crystals saved up for ultra ui and I didn't get him. now I'm at a loss because there are literally no more chrono crystals left to get in the game and paying real money isn't an option for me.
