everytime i watch this.. i get goosepimply.. I just think it is so cute how Aaron tests jackson .. real food... haha and how Jackson tries to laugh when Aaron mentions about his Dad. i am really likeing their bond now. it definately grew stronger already and now with teh bombshell.. I think Mon we will see Jackson side of taking this news now and Aaron coming to grips with what really needs to happen to take care of him

I think it was so sweet that when Aaron asked Jackson do he want him to leave, and Jackson said no practically before Aaron even finished asking the question he miss Aaron, and when Aaron told him how long he was in the coma he kinda got worried got me thinking he was thinking how hard it must been on Aaron and that he had Aaron worried to death.

This episode made me cry. Jackson's first words, the tragic news! I still want Aaron to be a little more emotional with Jackson, but I understand that he probably doesn't know how to react to him. I hope this all turns out okay ... I'm scared of what might happen :-( We'll see

Yes, Jackson is awake. Now the story begins and the tragic ending. So love seeing those together. Hazel is so strong, what a devoted and loving mother, as we see in other episodes. Loved it and melted my heart, when Jackson asked for Aaron. So Jerry wants to be the father again. Please! Where were you for all these years? And later you leave like a prick that you are.

Really, this episode was like a roller-coaster to me: 1) moved because of Hazel & Mr. Tickle book (so sweet!) 2) touched and amused because of Aaron and his 'idea of waking Jackson up' with music 3) irritated because of Jerry and his insane habit to open so often his stupid mouth 4) happy because Jackson came back to us (YAY!!!!) 5) happy again because of Jackson's first word: "Aaron" 6) anxious because of this stupid doctor playing hide-and-seek 7) speechless because of the terrible news (SOB)

goodness.. are we really that hateful of loving gays? I've seen this storyline so many times, and it always ends bad... I really want a happy ending... A VERY happy ending... These two deserve it for all the stuff they've gone through in such a short time... and of course kudos to Danny Miller who is just plain awesome. Such a great actor.. Really Hope Jackson is able to have a full recovery in the end because right now don't forget about what the doctor has said: Theres a chance that J might not be able to walk again:( And when J finally knows, he would want to push all of his loved ones away because it's always tough to face the situation that he's the one who might not be able to walk! BY that time, can Aaron handle the pressure that J has given? This is gonna be another challenge to test Aaron's love for J and his maturity!!

Yeah!! Jackson woke up!!! Loved it when Aaron said ..." met your Dad and thx for that one" then it looked like Jackson smiled at the comment. Well it's obvious that Jackson will be paralyzed, I just hope the writers really dwelve into the difficulties of being handicapped and give Marc some great material so he gets a Soap award next year. Maybe we will have an Xmas miracle and he regains full function of his legs by then. I really want the boys' first Christmas together to be special.

With what you said.. maybe we are lucky and it wont be the whole body.. however.. the writers have thier own mind on this :S This will be very tough for Aaron to cope with but i think he has a new sence of perserverance now.

I seem to recall a single show spin-off from the old soap "Brookside" which was called, I think, "Damon and Debbie" and featured a young couple from the series. Would be great if we could have an "A & J" spin off, maybe shown later at night or even a DVD special. They could show stuff that might upset "traditional" ED viewers.

@AlanRM1000 It's not about disliking Aaron. I just don't want Jackson to get hurt (physically, mentally, or emotionally) over someone who's obviously not ready for a stable relationship. I won't deny that Aaron has shown progress over the past week, but to assume that he's changed due to Jackson's accident is unrealistic (take Clyde for example). The real test comes when Jackson is out of the hospital. I'm not saying Aaron won't change. I'm just saying that I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't.

@Jendall1 Agree totally with you. Never have rated the "actor" who plays Nathan (I suppose when you have Danny Miller in the same show it is bound to expose other actors capabilities, or lack thereof!) The Aarson storyline is so compelling, Danny Miller, Marc Silcock, Pauline Quirke and Dominic Brunt make it so real. They could make a show just featuring these fine actors and I'd be happy. The other storylines (Ryan's Trial, Holly's Drugs, Carl and Eve) are just not up there with Aarson!

It took this disaster to realize that he didn't want to be without him.. but not sexual.. it was just knowing that he was there for him through the rough times and bad. and we all know there will now be rough times ahead. Question now is Will Aaron be able to handle this or will he stand strong to keep Jackson
