#229 Hurricane Relief Fundraiser Using TLP Benevolence - Gorgeous Bloom Swipe!
Welcome to a very special collaboration! We have over 40 artists from around the world, coming together to help people affected by Hurricane Helene and Milton. We are honored to have Fluid Art Co and This Little Piggy pigments sponsoring this awesome event! They have released a new color, Benevolence, that is available for a limited time. $5 of every jar of Benevolence sold will be donated to DirectRelief.org. After the premieres of the videos, we are having an auction on November 3rd at 12:00 CST/1:00 EST where all of the pieces you saw being created are available to be bid on. Once the auction is over, all proceeds will be donated to DirectRelief.org. Together we can make a huge difference and provide a lot of help. **I got into acrylic pouring after playing around with epoxy resin and wanting to do some art with it. After realizing the amount of time it took to prep and clean up, it wasn’t quite as appealing to me anymore. That’s when I stumbled onto some KZbin videos about acrylic pouring and I WAS HOOKED. This was in 2020, and with COVID running rampant, it was the perfect thing to keep me occupied and staying home, safe and sound. This art form is extremely cathartic and empowering at the same time.
There’s no greater feeling than pouring paint on to a canvas and watching magic happen before your eyes! I’m so honored to be displaying my work in two local restaurants and a gallery, Art Machine Gallery, here in Houston - so exciting! Thank you so much for coming along on this journey with me!**
