You are missing the basic things in FOCO and FOFO , Franchise own Company operated Means Owner is Giving his Shop to rent and based on the Shop size he will getting per month rent that's , nothing else. in this Model , Owner don't invests any amounts , why he is telling they have spended 25 lakhs ?? on what basis , They are not the owner , they are just owner for the Building only , and In FOFO model Franchisee own Franchisee Operated this is model where owner invests his own money and owner bear all the profits and all loss for the shop ,
