Before you enter the haunted house you can see someone In the window after you unlock it. Actually, there was a Far Cry 2 reference in Far Cry 4. Sometimes when you loot a dead body or loot box, it will contain "Malaria Pills." The description for the item is "Starting a firefight with untreated symptoms can be as dangerous as a jammed weapon. The wise mercenary always has medication on hand." This is referencing the Far Cry 2 gun jams that would frequently occur when you pick up an enemies weapon And obviously, the malaria pills themselves are a reference as well
