Wow! Good look at the speeds of the enemies--and this is just 1927??? I honestly can't recall many ships that fast in my games that early--wonder if that was some sort of tweak along the way. Like maybe the AI doesn't always value armor and guns, but sometimes does just try for speed. That WAS super scary that your unrest was going up like that--no real idea why. Odd that a foreign war made them realize they had it good and maybe you SHOULD spend on the navy! ;-) I've never used the Oxygen fueled torps--too scary for me! I'll get to see how they work out when you get into a war!

The speeds are nuts and get even faster shortly! We'll need to do some upgrades and replacements to stay competitive! I'll run the oxygen torpedoes on DDs and cruisers, I figure if we're getting shot anyway, some more damage probably won't make too much of a difference. I guess we'll see, lol.
