I try to have fun in this game but after you have 1 good game you get put in lobby’s across the world making you’re ping so high and you fighting people who never stopped playing the game since it came out. I just wish they focus on making a good game instead of a rush game with the SBMM turn all the way up and we all know they are only going to add like 3 maps in this game and move onto the next 70$ game with 2000 new bundles being completely overpriced

I literally just had this happen to me, I hadn’t played cod in like 3 months and then I hopped ona game got like 20 kills and 7 deaths then they put me in a lobby with mfs flying around using streaks drop shotting and just overall destroying us like I don’t get why one good game puts you in like high skill played lobbies or the “no lifers” there should be a gradual skill increase according to how well you play and who you play

Lol, I haven't played COD since COD 2 and I only spent a few hours on B.OPS in the Nigeria mission back when it first came out. They have campaign mode but I mainly play with friends when I go live on Twitch or when I feel like training. Tips wise, I'll say this: 1. Spend some time in the Settings menu as you are going to find settings that weren't in the earlier versions of COD. 2. USE THE FRIGGIN FIRING RANGE WHEN YOU TRY UPGRADING YOUR GUNS! Srsly, do it. Even if you have to put the game loading on standby, do it. 3. Shoot at the windows or ledges in the firing range to check how good or bad the gun drifts or the amount of recoil you get. 4. You can actually set how much protection the dummies in the firing range had... 5. Be selective abt who you add to your team as a friend; you will become just like the ppl you regularly associate with and if you rly wanna lvl up then you will need to find a team that is actually committed to getting good at MW3--or you can make that squad yourself and invite newbies willing to learn AND get gud. 6. Finally...have fun and remember that there will be a LOT of hacking and cheating going on in the game and what do you do if you see something? Say something. Report them. Or just play more matches with your buddies. That's all I got. Everything else you can discover by spending a day or two familiarizing yourself with the settings and tinkering with your guns and all their different types and of course recording yourself and evaluating each of your plays after the gaming session 😎

Don’t jump guys. Nobody jumping ever kills me. If anything their movement causes me to lock on visually. Somebody sliding I might not have seen. This is especially true on maps like Wasteland. This is because it’s easy to track. Jumping is a set velocity in the engine and so doesn’t matter what a player does the jumps are easy to track.

Also, to add onto this, jumping once is about all you need to do. Drop shots work best when engaging face to face, especially up close, while jumps work best when you run past each other as most people aim sideways on a slight angle, usually downwards if they are aiming to the left. Jumping after a sprint is a good way to quickly move closer to a target (Forward but on a slight diagonal trajectory) while being elevated above them, which is an advantage.
