Check out the relief band for your nausea. My husband has severe nausea on planes, boats, and when we snorkel and he swears by them. I use it occasionally to help with migraines too.

Cool video! I do not travel with liquids. Got a solid shampoo/soap, toothpaste tabs, creme deodorant... and I am so thankful that I do not care about make-up. Sometimes I could use some concealer to look less tired but nah... Then you'd also need stuff to clean it off. And as long as there is a hair dryer, don't need anything else to style my hair :D Just came back from a 9-day trip to England. I had a 24 L backpack and only had 3/4 full :D I am looking forward to the day when EVERYTHING has a USB-C port. LOVED the AirPod holder!!!! Thank you for showing that!!

If I don't forget I'll make a video to show you what I pack and how :) Finding the right shampoo is a matter of trying several until you get the one that works for you. I am a fan of Lush but there are probably local products you could get. Maybe ask in Facebook groups or look for zero-waste shops around where you live. I like Duschbrocken but I don't know if you get it over there. Remember that just because something is called "shampoo" doesn't mean you cannot use it on your body :)

Most hair styling tools are adapted for Europe you still need to use adapter. Just look at the tag and it will tell you. London airport TSA want clear bags. I have one I use everywhere but when I got into London TSA made me take everything out of my semi clear bag and put it in their clear bag. Which by the way is smaller than our standard size quart size bags.

Dramamine is actually an old school antihistamine so if you take antihistamines including occasional Benadryl you should talk to your doctor or pharmacist or just use sea bands and a nausea medication. I found out Dramamine is useless (and actually somewhat dangerous due to the volumes I take) for me because I take zyrtec and singulair daily. Dramamine is incredibly similar in formula to Benadryl.
