Installed my first mod on the 2023 Yamaha XSR 900.
Opted for Shogun Frame Sliders and installed them right away.

I got the same sliders. They are kind of short and they are shorter than the turn signals lights. I am a little bit worried if they can really protect the engine and gas tank if I drop the tank. Hopefully, I wont be able to test this. lol

I noticed that as well. While it would suck to lose the front turn signals - I think the gas tank should be covered ... SHOULD lol - Hopefully we both won't have to test this lol
