He really sucks as a salesman. He missed the number 5 on the E350. Secondly the privacy shade in the back doesn't work and he's it must be something dealing with the air. Why would the dealership put someone like this to sale a beautiful car like that and not know anything about it...

Oh, he knew the button was for the privacy shade. When he realized it was broken, he tried to hide the fact by acting like he didn't really know what the button was for. He was intentionally trying to hide a known defect on the vehicle. They have a GranTurismo I was interested in. Glad I saw this first.
