Nice day indeed! Gotta love that Chad Shad bite with Lanier spotted bass. Have you fished any tournaments lately?

Straight tanks… congrats brother! it’s so awesome catching giant spots. I love living where there are Bama strain spotted bass that grow like that. They are so aggressive and pull like tanks… people who don’t have them don’t know what they’re missing. 😂😂

What color Chad shad is that? Was it custom painted? I don’t think I’ve seen it before. I’ve had good luck with the bone one around docks.

Yes it is, they're at Hammonds. I'll have to try that one too!

Nice vid! Did you notice any differences about your retrieve? Was faster better… or just twitching steadily? I fish Hartwell and normally I have to burn it or they ain’t hitting.
@FinzTwinsTV3 ай бұрын
We typically have to burn it to get fish to bite on Lanier, but this day was different. A slow retrieve was fine, and then when I'd see them approach it I would start moving it a little quicker to get them to strike.

$59 for a chad shad. Yikeeeeees.

Love the video but hate that you exposed the juice😂 I experimented with this technique a few years ago and wow was I surprised at how aggressively they will attack a big bait. Also, I too have an OG KGB Chad shad at the bottom of lake Lanier so don’t feel bad , you are not the only one lol.

Haha I was shocked too! Such a fun bait, tough loss!

🤣🤣u looked like me when i first started using large glide bait, and my line snapped. i couldn't get the boat to move fast enough so i could get it with the net i was pissed and just watched a $200 bait sink beyond my reach

Had a 3 pounder tie me up at the docks today. Would there be any chance I could fish with you one day?

Dang man! Unfortunately we're not doing any trips right now but I'll reach out if we ever do. Thanks for watching!

@@FinzTwinsTV Just wondered.. I now have opportunity to fish the north end anytime. I am teaching my little one and he is becoming a hell of a bass fisherman and wants to go all of time. Maybe I will reach out to Jimbo, just trying to increase my knowledge, especially on this lake. You guys definitely well versed and talented bass anglers.

@@Sam-mu5xhThat’s awesome! I would seriously recommend doing that. Lots of wisdom and knowledge… especially on the South end.
