I did this before except I used a Tamiya motor with a Thomas. I literally pry the gear off with a flat bit screw driver, and turn the gear around. Thomas was speed!

I’m going to do the same thing to my Trackmaster AEG Kana except that the motor’s going to be at I think 53,000 rpm which is a bad decision considering the train will fall off around vends but it makes sense because when Kana goes around curves really fast in the show, she tends to fall off them like what my Trackmaster version will be like
