Instead of buying & then decluttering , if you think while you purchase , time as well as money will be saved. We should take time atleast one month. If we aren't able to manage without that things, we can buy it. It may be dress or other items.

(Literally a whole house of things if both parents gone) It's time to be open minded, decluttering is not buying and decluttering, it's overcoming sentimental emotion to declutter unwanted things left by deceased person and overcoming shopping addiction by decluttering and doing the same mistakes.
