Finally someone using what we all can get! I love your ideals. You make card making fun, feel like you can do it, and come out with something cute! Thank-you. It’s also the idea “we don’t have to spend a fortune”! And keep adding all these other things to send more money just to make a card!

I love you!!!! I just found you and what a blessing. You simplify card making . I’m demonstrating a card class at our library and I was worried about the ladies having problems doing them. You have helped me so much. They will only be stamping the verse inside. Thank you!!❤️

I am an occasional card maker. Christmas and some b day cards. I have watched so many KZbin tutorials on all kinds of cards making, my head hurts! You are the first one who I felt really explained the process of building the card! Thank you! All these years later and it finally clicked after watching your video! I never, ever comment on any video! You are my first! I had to tell you how I felt! Thanks again!

I know this video is a few years old, but I've just used it (and visited your blog post!) and found it SO useful, I just wanted to say thank you! I was a bit stumped about what to do with that little 6x6 pad after I'd cherry picked a few pieces, and tonight I used up the whole thing making a dozen really pretty cards in just 2 hours. Thanks again & happy holidays!

Hey Jess, I absolutely love this tutorial ❤ 😍 I am a senior card maker/paper crafter, with all the bells and whistles in duplicate/triplicate, and still purchasing, unfortunately. I love how you made it so easy for beginners or first timers, not to feel pressured to run out and buy everything in the store to produce quality, beautiful products. I learned some tips that I will be using on NOT collecting scraps (you know that I have seen crafters trim and make small paper pads and trade, donate or sell). I will be putting the 2 scraps together with the matted strip...Genius❣❣❣ So simple and I never really thought about that as an option. I rarely watch an entire video, but I didn't want to miss anything. Your voice is relaxing, kind, knowledgeable, and unintimidating. Great educator❣❣ First-time viewer, new subbie🙋🏾♀️👋🏾👐🏾

Thank you for the video!! These are definitely online, via Michaels' site. Also, your video was very instrumental in me buying this pad. I will also use embossing powder for some words on the front of the card or borders, and possibly foil cardstock for the back of the mat, so it shows a border. I found sentiments at Michael's similar to yours I'll be using for the inside. Lastly, I will use my Cricut to cut out snowflakes, etc. for embellishments.
